Terms and engagement
Proposal first, contract before build
Website enquiries and calls are exploratory. They help define the workflow problem, project fit, expected budget and likely timeline.
Before a project starts
Any paid build work is scoped in a written proposal. If the proposal is accepted, a full contract follows before implementation begins, covering deliverables, payment terms, responsibilities, intellectual property, support and cancellation terms.
Estimates and availability
Pricing ranges and timelines on the website are guidance only. Final scope, pricing and dates are confirmed in the proposal after the workflow, integrations, data and launch needs are understood.
No automatic engagement
Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a client relationship or obligation to proceed. Work begins only when both sides agree the proposal and contract.
