How enquiry data is used

Intravyn collects the details you choose to submit through the enquiry form so we can reply, understand the workflow problem, prepare a proposal and keep a basic record of the conversation.

What is collected

The enquiry form asks for your name, company, email address, problem, budget range and timeline. The site also stores basic technical metadata such as source page, user agent, hashed IP address and analytics events for page views, CTA clicks, form starts and completed enquiries.

How it is used

Enquiry data is used to respond to you, assess fit, shape a proposal and improve the website. Analytics are used at an aggregate level to understand which pages and calls to action are working.

Sharing and retention

Enquiry data is not sold. It may be processed by hosting, database, email and notification services used to run the website and respond to enquiries. Records are kept only while they are useful for handling the enquiry, maintaining business records or improving the service.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of enquiry details by contacting Intravyn using the same email address you used in the enquiry.
